Scheduling Instructions

During the Shoot

The agent must ensure that the property is ready for photography. Someone should be present to move any items that may be obstructing the shots and to advise of any special features to highlight if desired. Agents are expected to have the property staging completed prior to the photo shoot, in order to avoid re-scheduling delays or charges for the wait time. Photographers will not move any furniture or personal items.

After the Shoot

The photographer will edit the images or video to optimize the quality and upload them to our online tour as per timelines on our website. The images will be labeled with the property address and room designation. Agents should double check all labels and can make edits in their tour account.

Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement Weather Policy

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
We understand how dynamic the real estate industry is and things can change at any time. However, we ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule photo shoots as we turn away other bookings once your appointment is confirmed. Within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed. If we arrive at the property to find the shoot is canceled (including denied access to the property), 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be assessed in addition to the $75 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Due To Weather
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain is present, we can shoot the interior and understand that the seller has put a lot of work into getting the property ready for the scheduled shoot. Yet a revisit fee of $75 is applicable for us to return for the exterior photos at the earliest day possible where the weather cooperates. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to the next available appointment. (No reschedule fees will be assessed in this case, for inclement weather.)
